Process

Six stations. One gate before publishing.

The published web design page describes the path in three steps: tell us, we build, you launch. Site Factory extends that path with scope, architecture and a human review.

Tell us · We build · You launch

  1. 01

    Intake

The business, audience, languages, goals, and whether a site already exists. No passwords or sensitive information in the first message.

  2. 02

    Scope

What the first release contains, what waits, and which functions need their own solution: a store, booking, membership or payments.

  3. 03

    Architecture

Page types, search intent, internal links and a metadata model. The structure should be reusable on the next site without the words becoming copies.

  4. 04

    Build

Astro, shared sections and a mobile-first layout. Copy is written from verified facts about the business.

  5. 05

    Human gate

A review of claims, language, forms, headings, canonicals, hreflang, the sitemap and schema. Uncertain facts are held back.

  6. 06

    Launch and care

Approval first, then the hosting and updates the engagement covers. Measurement is added when tracking is agreed.

Planned

Not a station in this flow

These parts live in the strategy and wait for verified operations.

Planned

Telephony and call tracking

This would use a telecom provider. No in-house telephone platform is built for this offer.

Planned

Knowledge assistant

It would answer only from approved information about one business, and hand over when the answer is missing.

Planned

Remote publishing

Local preview is the working method. Automatic publishing to GitHub or Cloudflare is not a verified connection in this concept.
